The Asian Regional Conference for the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) was held from 13 through 15 January 2003 in Tokyo.
Young people involved in ICTs from Asia came together to form a cohesive group, in order to bring issues relevant to Asian youth to the forefront of the WSIS.
