Every young person should be able to receive an education which gives them an opportunity to earn a living.
The provision of basic learning materials e.g paper, pens, rubbers etc are easily acquired and could be shipped to Romania.
What is the infrastructure which would distribute such supplies within the country? Would the government cooperate in distribution?

hello....i was surfing the internet...and the desire of making a change regarding the youngsters led me to this programme. iI live in Galati, 17 years old nd I am in the fourth year at the Vasile Alecsandri high-school. I have seen that the topic is from 2004 and i would like to know if it is still open, for an ulterior implication....thank you.
