The culture and tradition make Chinese society encircled by human relationships. People emphasize social relationship. For e.g., if a young man has a father who is a leader of a bureau, then it is quite easy for him to get a good job and earn easy money, even if he is unfit for this career or he majors in another subject that has nothing about the job he is doing. This phenomenon is unfair and unjust, but it does exist in modern Chinese society. Maybe it is a fatal common phenomenon in human society, but in Chinese society it is rather important. So there is famous Chinese saying goes like this: ¡°It doesn¡¯t matter what you can do, but it does matter if you haven¡¯t any social relationship¡±. Thus makes many talent Chinese young people have difficulty in finding a good job.

The competition in youth employment is furious! So today¡¯s situation is that more and more Chinese young people are trying to get a higher and higher diploma to demonstrate they are able and better than others. Young people are required to study a foreign language, for e.g., some are forced by the hard employment situation to study two kinds of foreign languages, which can provide them a good job. Many young men spend their leisure time to study just for such diplomas as computer citification, Microsoft citification, accountant qualification, and lawyer qualification. Almost everyone realize the competition on youth employment. And today¡¯s schools and universities take the chance to lower down entrance requirements to let more people in, but the more people rush into universities for a higher diploma, the more furious competition will be faced after their graduation, because everyone does the same thing. It is narrowly minded. It is a dilemma or vicious circle for today¡¯s young people.
