The Timmins-James Bay Young Liberals consists of people aged 14 to 25 years. The Liberal Party appreciates and understands the involvement of individuals from our generation. The party recognizes that we have unique ideas, opinions, and values. The Young Liberals play an important role in the Liberal Party of Canada, and are the largest political youth organization in the country.

Les Jeunes Libéraux de Timmins-Baie James est un groupe ouvert aux jeunes de 14 à 25 ans. Le Parti Libéral du Canada tient à coeur*l'implication des individus de notre génération. Il reconnaît que nous avons des idées, des opinions et des valeurs uniques et importantes. L'Association des Jeunes Libéraux est le plus grand groupe de jeunes dédié à la politique au Canada.
Objectives:
The objects of the Timmins-James Bay Young Liberals Association are:
*To promote and make widely known and understood, Liberal principles and policies;
* To promote the election of Liberal members to Provincial and Federal Parliament;
* To develop and determine policy that reflects the concerns and ideas of the members.

*De favoriser et faire reconnaître et compris les principes et les politiques du Parti Libéral;
*De favoriser l'élection de membres Libéraux au Parlement Provincial et Fédéral;
*De développer des politiques qui reflètent les inquiètudes et les idées uniques de nos membres

The Timmins-James Bay Young Liberals Association was recently renewed at a founding meeting. This took place February 11th, 2008.
