Problems with YSN

Greetings!
I can't help but notice the slow pace of work at YSN. During my discussions with John Wei, Teck and Darren, I was given the impression that the website should be completed by last friday and some modules would have been put online. I personally feel that without a website as a front for YSN, YSN will be very slow in taking off. Granted that most of us are still young and have our own work/activities, it is imperitive that for YSN to work, a fixed scheduling system must be put in place.
Another inherent organisational problem in YSN is the lack of leaders and directors. This leads to gross inefficiency as there is nobody who is tracking the progress of the different departments (if any). Could someone more familiar with the structure of YSN please put up an organisational chart and delegate work to others? Honestly, I really do not know what everybody is contributing and who I need to contact to complete my work.
The basic laboratory apparatus e-learning module has been completed and Darren has sent it to the IT dept. Unfortunately, there isn't a website to showcase it. It would be very much appreciated if the IT dept could put up a website with pages leading to "under construction" for those modules that are still undeveloped as this will help provide the drive for the people doing content to quickly fill up this void.
Please don't mind my comments, I just feel that things at YSN could be done in a more professional and less lackadaisical manner.
Regards,
Ed.
